How do you make a brick-and-mortar shop become a phygital format?
The modivo.pl brick-and-mortar shop was a major technological and implementation challenge. We were tasked with designing an innovative, yet as intuitive shopping path as possible. A fast, convenient and automatic service process required combining a perfect hardware solution with the ergonomics of the space - we achieved this by using SIGNIO. Nanovo, as a technology partner, supported us with consultancy, design, programming and implementation.

Transferring the experience familiar to e-commerce customers to the physical space of a brick-and-mortar shop. Integrating the e-commerce platform with in-store product search and distribution engines. Improving the user experience based on digital services, processes and communication in the brand’s pure-play online flagship store.
