How do you digitally communicate with the customer in the bank?

This is to certify that BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. has been cooperating with Nanovo since 2017. During this period, the bank commissioned designing and implementing a Digital Signage+ system for two of the bank’s branches. The Nanovo team designed the function and form of the Digital Signage+ systems as well as self-service media within the ergonomics of the branch space. Nanovo implemented the hardware and software, being responsible for SLA maintenance and hosting as well as administration and content production.

The supplier performed the service professionally and on schedule.

Co-designing the interior

Designing a concept for an integrated digital in-store system in BNP Paribas bank branches. Implementing communication already at the stage of architectural work.

Customised shapes

We designed access to the bank’s full online offer at a self-service station in the branch. We implemented custom-shaped LED screens to interact with customers inside and outside the branch. We streamlined the service process by designing screens integrated into the consultants’ desk tops.
